On February 2, 2012 the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine held a press-conference on the results of activity of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in 2011.

Raphael Kuzmin informed all participants of the press-conference about results of activity of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine during the past year, in particular on ceasing schemes, abuse of monopoly position, unfair competition of business entities and anti-competitive actions of government authorities. He also reported on the priorities of the Committee in 2012, among which are market research of medical services and medicines, petroleum products and liquefied gas, certain banking services, building materials, food products, as well as in the field of land relations, incomplete housing construction, etc.
